Holy Humidity

Amid the nice wide shoulders and smooth pavement (officially on the ACA route as of about 20 miles ago stands the HUMIDITY. Man, it’s warm and wet. Up until about 2 days ago I was able to wash everything in the sink at whatever campsite, and have it dry overnight. I tried it last night and nothing dried which meant a trip to the sketchiest laundry you’ve ever seen in your life – plus “the worst toliet in Florida (London)” was out of service.

In about 2 days or so I should be in or around the Dauphine Island, which should make for cooler temps in the evenings, and nice scenery.

Today is going to be a bit of an off day. 60+ miles thus far, with about 10 more before I get to my plot of land for the evening.
